SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -- Leaders of Green Hills Software in Santa Barbara, Calif., March 13 announced version 4.0 of their Integrity real-time operating system (RTOS) that supports PowerPC, ARM, MIPS, and XScale processors.

Integrity 4.0 has memory protection and delivers sub-200-nanosecond interrupt response and sub-microsecond context switching (as measured on a 233-MHz processor).
