  • March 31, 2003 -- Frankfurt Airport Expands Use of Sensis Surveillance
    DEWITT, N.Y., March 31, 2003. Frankfurt Airport (Fraport), will be deploying Sensis' airport surveillance system, Multistatic Dependent Surveillance (MDS) for Precision Runway Monitoring (PRM). Fraport is currently deploying MDS at Frankfurt Airport for surface area surveillance, and based on the success of initial testing, Fraport will now be expanding the implementation to include evaluation of MDS for enhanced terminal surveillance and precision runway monitoring
  • March 27, 2003 -- Raytheon Completes Acquisition of Solipsys
    LEXINGTON, Mass., March 27, 2003. Raytheon Company has completed the acquisition of Solipsys Corporation. This transaction strengthens the Company's portfolio of integrated technologies used across its missile defense, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, precision engagement and homeland security strategic business areas.
  • March 25, 2003 -- Indigo Systems Awarded JSF Contract for Infrared Sensors
    Goleta, Ca., March 25, 2003. Indigo Systems was awarded a major contract by Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronic Systems to deliver infrared (IR) Integrated Detective Assemblies (IDAs) for the 21st century F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program. The F-35 is a multi-role, supersonic stealth aircraft designed for the U.S. Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps, as well as several foreign partners.
  • March 21, 2003 -- Sense Holdings and LG Electronics to Offer Iris Recognition
    FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 21, 2003. Sense Holdings, Inc., a provider of biometrically secured authentication and identification systems, will partner with LG Electronics Iris Technology Division at the ISC Expo in Las Vegas March 26-28, 2003. The Sense BioClock will be showcased in the LG booth (10044S) and promote the integration between the LG's IrisAccess 3000 and Sense's BioClock Time and Attendance solution
  • March 19, 2003 -- Integral Systems' Satellite Image System Purchased by NASA
    LANHAM, Md., March 19, 2003. NASA/Stennis Space Center has purchased Integral Systems' Skylight Direct Broadcast Ground Terminal for receiving and processing satellite earth science data. Using an existing NASA antenna, the system includes a receiver as well as data processing, storage, and analysis software
