  • December 20, 2005 -- EADS North American acquires Talon Instruments
    ARLINGTON, Va., 20 Dec. 2005. EADS North America in Arlington, Va., strengthened its test and services business portfolio with its acquisition of Talon Instruments, a California-based company that specializes in digital test instrumentation.
  • December 13, 2005 -- Australia installs SINCGARS radios in tanks
    WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., 13 Dec. 2005. ITT Industries, Inc. has received a $4.6 million order for several hundred of its newest SINCGARS systems from the Australian Ministry of Defense.
  • December 13, 2005 -- Singapore buys Boeing F-15 fighter jets
    ST. LOUIS, 13 Dec. 2005. The Government of Singapore awarded Boeing a contract to produce twelve F-15SG aircraft for the country's next generation replacement fighter jet, and an option for eight additional aircraft at a future date.
  • December 5, 2005 -- Metal Storm wins further funding for remote weapon system development
    ARLINGTON, Va., 5 Dec. 2005. Defense technology company Metal Storm Ltd. today announced that it had been awarded a two-year contract worth approximately $1 million from the U.S. Department of Defense for the research and development of a remotely operated weapon system.
  • December 1, 2005 -- ITS acquires the government engineering division of Noesis, Inc.
    OXNARD, Calif., 1 Dec. 2005. ITS Corp. today announced its acquisition of the Federal Sector Support (FSS) Services business of Noesis, Inc., a Manassas, Va. company specializing in systems engineering, information science and technical program management services for the federal government.
