CHANDLER, Ariz., 14 Aug. 2009. Microwave Systems Solutions of Crane Aerospace & Electronics Group, a segment Crane Co., won a contract from Harris Corp. in Melbourne, Fla. Microwave Systems Solutions of Crane Electronics Group gained a development contract, with potential for annual production of more than $3 million, to manufacture a Transmit/Receive (T/R) Module for the Warfighter Information Network – Tactical.
This product is designed to provide a modern/robust voice, data, and imagery distribution system for battlefield operations. The production is scheduled to begin before the end of the quarter in Chandler, Ariz.
