STERLING, Va., 26 Feb. 2010. IceWEB Inc., a provider of purpose-built appliances and building blocks for cloud storage networks, won an order for a customized Posted by Geospatial Intelligence Platform from the United States Navy.

"We are excited to be afforded this opportunity to support the critical missions of yet another Department of Defense customer," says John R. Signorello, CEO of IceWEB. "The Geographic Information System platform we are providing to the Navy will be populated with a premier-quality imagery base map that will be used to track military assets and sensor data.

This 24-terabyte system order is further confirmation that our products continue to gain traction in both the commercial and government market sectors," Signorello adds.
