Carl Sax, API's executive vice president and general manager, Defense & Systems, announced the contract wins during The Showcase for Commerce, a national defense contracting exhibition and symposium held annually in Johnstown, Pa.

Now in its 20th year, the event serves as a forum for local companies to connect with major defense and prime contractors for subcontracting and partnering opportunities.

At a press conference, Steve Pudles, API's chief executive officer, also announced an expansion of API's Defense and Systems capabilities at its Pennsylvania facility. The expansion will result in the addition of approximately 75 new jobs to the Johnstown region.
