3U PXI Express controller for hybrid PXI Express-based test and measurement systems introduced by ADLINK

TAIPEI, Taiwan, 20 Nov. 2011. ADLINK Technology Inc. in Taipei, Taiwan, is introducing the PXI Express-3975 3U PXI Express controller for hybrid PXI Express-based testing systems. The card has an Intel Core i5-520E 2.4 GHz processor, and maximum system throughput of as much as 2 gigabytes per second. The ADLINK PXI Express-3975 has as much as eight gigabytes of 1066 MHz DDR3 memory, and a 160-gigabyte 7200 RPM SATA hard drive. The PXI Express-3975 has a front panel-mounted ExpressCard/34 expansion slot to extend system function with ExpressCard modules such as ExpressCard to USB 3.0, or a bus expansion kit from ExpressCard to PXI/PCI.
