ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill., 20 Aug. 2012. TRU-Vu Monitors, a supplier of customizable, industrial-grade liquid crystal displays (LCDs), introduces a new, triple rack-mount monitor, the RM-555G. The new device, well suited to aerospace and defense applications, sports three high-resolution, 5-inch LCD monitors in a rugged, 19-inch, rack-mount enclosure.

Each of the three five-inch screens boasts 1.2-megapixel resolution, a 16:9 native aspect ratio (switchable to 4:3), tally lights and settings memory, and its own VGA, Analog-RGB, S-Video, component (YPbPr), and composite (BNC) video inputs and outputs.

The powder-coated steel enclosure is 3U high, and fits any standard EIA 19-inch rack mount. The entire enclosure tilts up to 180 degrees to ensure optimal viewing angles.
