Embedded computing expert VersaLogic sets up new headquarters near Portland, Ore.

TUALATIN, Ore., 1 March 2013. VersaLogic Corp., which provides rugged industrial computers for embedded control and industrial control, has moved its headquarters from Eugene, Ore., to the Portland, Ore., metro area.

TUALATIN, Ore., 1 March 2013. VersaLogic Corp., which provides rugged industrial computers for embedded control and industrial control, has moved its headquarters from Eugene, Ore., to the Portland, Ore., metro area.

Moving the embedded computing company to the larger city will enable VersaLogic to gain access to additional technical talent, as well as place the company closer to key suppliers such as Intel Corp., company officials say. VersaLogic has operated a satellite research and development center in Portland for the past two years.

VersaLogic specializes in embedded computing in the EBX, EPIC, PC/104, PC/104-Plus, Embedded Processing Unit (EPU), Computer on Module (COM), SUMIT-104, SPX Expansion Module form factors.

The company's new address is 12100 SW Tualatin Road, Tualatin, Ore., which is near Portland. Manufacturing will remain unchanged at the new location, company officials say.
