IRVINE, Calif., 20 Jan. 2015. Pasternack Enterprises Inc. in Irvine, Calif., is introducing a line of broadband RF power combiners for military and commercial RF and microwave applications.

The bandwidth of these new combiners makes them suitable for systems using components such as power amplifiers, antenna feeds, attenuators, and switches, company officials say. The devices also can be used to combine separate power amplifiers into a large amplifier power block.

The RF power combiners come in 2- and 4-way configurations, deliver as much power as 600 Watts, and operate in temperatures from 55 85 degrees Celsius.

The combiners offer frequency ranges from 20 MHz to 6 GHz, insertion loss from 0.35 decibels to 1 decibels, and a voltage standing wave ration (VSWR) of as much as 1.30:1.

Other features include amplitude and phase balance, high power handling, isolation levels, and rugged packaging.
