SAN DIEGO, 16 July 2015.Power electronics specialist TDK Lambda Americas Inc. in San Diego is introducing the TDK-Lambda 30-Watt CCG30G series of DC-DC converters for test and measurement, battery-powered, broadcast, process control, data communications, and telecommunications equipment.

Operating over a 4:1 input range, these efficient products are enclosed in a 1 inch by 1 inch six-sided shielded metal case. The CCG30S is available with 3.3-, 5-, 12-, or 15-volt outputs and can operate from either a 9 to 36 volts DC or 18 to 76 volts DC input.

The wide range enables inventory reduction programs as the converters can operate from either 12- and 24-volt or 24- and 48-volt nominal inputs without the need to stock two parts.

With operating efficiencies to 91 percent, the CCG30S series will operate in ambient temperatures from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. All models are backed by a five-year warranty and have a +/-10 percent output trim function, remote on/off, and over voltage and over current protection.
