BOHEMIA, N.Y., 31 March 2016. Data Device Corp. (DDC) in Bohemia, N.Y., is introducing the DD-40002X high density 32-channel ARINC PMC and XMC boards for avionics applications in rugged environments.

The boards offer advanced functionality, with programmable and fixed I/O configurations. The DD-40002X boards support maximum data throughput on all channels, while also providing DMA for low CPU utilization, error detection, and label filtering per channel.

These PMC/XMC boards can be used in either conduction or air cooled applications, to serve both commercial and military aerospace requirements.

Offering high mean-time-between-failures reliability and performance, the board operates in temperatures from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius at the thermal rail, without any limitations on ARINC 429 transmitter duty cycles.
