VHDL encryption utility for multidomain system-simulation software

October 1, 2005

Ansoft Corp. in Pittsburgh is offering a new VHDL-AMS encryption utility and service pack (SP) for its Simplorer multidomain system-simulation software. The VHDL-AMS encryption utility, available for download at www.simplorer.com, allows users to import VHDL-AMS models or complete libraries encrypted by the utility so that users of other VHDL-AMS simulators can pass models to Simplorer without revealing underlying intellectual property. Current customers can download Simplorer v7.0.4 and a list of relevant features and enhancements from Ansoft’s online technical support Website at www.ansoft.com/ots or through the web-update service. Simplorer is for the design of large-scale, multi-domain systems in aerospace/defense, automotive, and industrial automation applications. The software tool has a range of modeling techniques, statistical analysis capability, and adheres to IEEE standards. For more information contact Ansoft online at www.ansoft.com.
