ADL Embedded Solutions Inc. in San Diego is introducing the ADLPS35-150 small-form-factor, 150-watt ATX rugged power supply for embedded computing applications that use 2nd and 3rd generation Intel Core microprocessors and other rugged, high-power, extended-temperature electronic designs.
The ADLPS35-150 power electronics device provides ATX voltages of 5, 3.3, or 12 volts and operates in temperatures from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. The power supply measures 2-by-4-inches, and is tailored to sit side-by-side with ADL 3.5-inch mother boards. The power supply also can be adapted to a PC/104 stack via an optional mounting plate. The power supply offers ATX-compliant signaling to enable ACPI/APM power management from within compliant operating systems, and comes in two variants.
