Intel D525 Pineview-based rugged, silent PC computer introduced by Stealth for vehicle and mobile applications

Stealth.com Inc. in Woodbridge, Ontario, is introducing the model LPC-125LPFM rugged, small-footprint, fanless computer for industrial, mobile, in-vehicle, and embedded applications. The rugged, noise-free computer operates in temperatures from -10 to 45 degrees Celsius, draws less than 20 Watts of power, measures 4.6 by 6.1 by 2 inches -- slightly larger than a deck of playing cards -- and weighs 1.2 pounds, company officials say. The fanless mobile PC uses the Intel D525 Pineview 1.8 GHz microprocessor, operates from 10 to 26 volts of DC power for DC-powered applications in vehicle and mobile applications.

The noise-free rugged computer operates in temperatures from -10 to 45 degrees Celsius, draws less than 20 Watts of power, measures 4.6 by 6.1 by 2 inches -- slightly larger than a deck of playing cards -- and weighs 1.2 pounds, company officials say.The fanless mobile PC uses the Intel D525 Pineview 1.8 GHz microprocessor, operates from 10 to 26 volts of DC power for DC-powered applications in vehicle and mobile applications. The computer has built-in Gigabit LAN, three USB ports, two serial ports, video, audio in/out, two PS/2 ports, and one external express card slot.The computer also has a rear-locking DC power connector, an internal Mini-PCI Express card slot, and as much as four gigabytes of DDR3 SODIMM solid-state memory.

The LPC-125LPFM comes with a 55 gigabytes solid state drive (SSD) or a 2.5-inch mobile hard drive as large as 750 gigabytes. The computers run Microsoft Windows 7/XP, Linux, and other software operating systems, and can be custom configured.
