ITCN to provide test equipment for B-2 bomber software

Engineers at the Northrop Grumman Corp. B-2 Division Integrated Systems and Aerostructurs Sector in Pico Rivera, Calif., needed test instrumentation for the B-2 stealth bomber Long Term software Support Facility program — otherwise known as LTSS.

They found their solution in the Real-Time, Non-Intrusive Monitoring and Analysis products called C-TAC from ITCN Inc. of Miamisburg, Ohio.

Northrop Grumman specialists will use C-TACs to support data collection from various items of B-2 equipment during software development, integration, and test.

"We look forward to working with ITCN to provide the new C-TAC capability for the Long-Term Software Support Program," says Gary Boal, LTSS engineering manager for Northrop Grumman.

ITCN designers also will upgrade existing C-TACs that they supplied previously to Northrop Grumman. — J.K.
