Teradyne, a manufacturer of military and aerospace test solutions in Reading, Mass., is unveiling a line of high-performance digital test instruments called the Di-Series C-size VXI-based digital test instruments. The instruments feature configurable, independently programmed channels that address test requirements from board through subassembly test. Four key attributes of the Di-Series are compatibility with the M9-Series and other instruments; flexibility suited to assembly, such as box-level line replaceable units; performance enhancements such as the ability to directly test differential logic, including high-speed low voltage differential signaling; and usability enhanced by the per-channel programming of signal timing and levels and by Teradyne’s iStudio development and debugging software.
