Sypris Data Systems in San Dimas, Calif., is offering the Model 600 wideband single-channel data recorder that can record a baseband or 70 MHz IF analog interface. The Model 600 recorder is a signal recorder/playback system in a standard rack mount enclosure. The product is built upon proven low-cost technology already deployed in a wide range of communications applications such as signal analysis and waveform generation, signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and analysis, remote unattended signal recording, radio receiver/transmitter test equipment and signal processing algorithm characterization. Each system comprises a Pentium-based host computer running the Linux operating system, a PCI transceiver card, and a suite of user interface software.
