SBS Technologies Inc. in Albuquerque, N.M., is offering the conduction-cooled 3U 1394B-3CP1 CompactPCI IEEE 1394B input/output card with a maximum data transport speed of 400 megabits per second, or 100 megabits per second for designs that require transformer-coupled bus isolation.

SBS Technologies Inc. in Albuquerque, N.M., is offering the conduction-cooled 3U 1394B-3CP1 CompactPCI IEEE 1394B input/output card with a maximum data transport speed of 400 megabits per second, or 100 megabits per second for designs that require transformer-coupled bus isolation. The card is for data communications, avionics, navtronics, vetronics, LAN networking, and telecommunications. Using a PCI bridge to interface a CompactPCI bus to the card, the devices uses four 1394B nodes with two ports per node, with four user-defined, general-purpose 1394B I/O ports. The card also supports the USB 2.0 data transport protocol with one USB node containing two USB 2.0 ports. For more information contact SBS online at www.sbs.com.
