Condor Engineering in Santa Barbara, Calif., is offering the BusTools/GSS simulation and analysis tool for systems integration, development, and test applications that require graphical representation of complex, multi-protocol bus data. BusTools/GSS offers simultaneous support for MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, and STANAG 3910 in one software environment. BusTools/GSS is a companion to Condor’s line of avionics interface cards since it abstracts board-level APIs to a common environment syntax. BusTools/GSS provides a structured generic interface for each of the supported protocols to enable designers to use a standard set of GUI tools and signals across protocols. The scripting function uses the same generic interface, which allows users to customize operations and displays while focusing on analysis, testing and understanding databuses.
