Amphenol Industrial Operations in Sidney, N.Y., is offering versions of the company’s Amphe-Lite connectors that meet terms of the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) requirements for lead-free components ahead of the July 1 compliance date. The connectors shield against electromagnetic interference and for a wide variety of uses in harsh-environment industrial and commercial applications such as power, signal, RF, and fiber optics. The connectors are environmentally resistant to IP67, lightweight, corrosion resistant, and durable. The RoHS-compliant connectors are available in shell sizes nine through 25.
