Curtiss-Wright Controls Embedded Computing in Leesburg, Va., is introducing the VPX6-1952 rugged 6U VPX single-board computer, based on the Intel Core 2 Duo processor T9400. The VPX6-1952 is well suited to space-, weight-, and power-limited aerospace and defense applications. This Intel Core 2 Duo processor integrates two execution cores in one physical package for simultaneous computing for multi-threaded applications and multi-tasking environments.
