AdvancedIO Systems in Vancouver, British Columbia, is introducing the V3021 dual-channel 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) Advanced Mezzanine Card (AMC) module for PCI Express-based, real-time data flow and processing in military applications, such as COMINT, ELINT, and situational awareness systems. The military network module has two front-panel SFP+ ports, Xilinx Virtex-5 FPGA, and SRAM memory to offer systems designers 10GbE connectivity in one slot. The V3021 is for real-time embedded systems running in MicroTCA and AdvancedTCA. The V3021 facilitates 10-gigabit, line-rate packet inspection and manipulation. It has software reconfigurability and an FPGA-based processing engine that allows gate-level control. For more information, visit AdvancedIO online at www.advancedio.com.
