This ITAR-free lattice matched InGaAs camera for machine vision and industrial applications provides high resolution 1280x1024 shortwave infrared (SWIR) imagery at high frame rates of 100 frames per second (fps) at 14 bits at full resolution, with higher frame rates for selectable, reduced regions of interest (ROI) possible. The small 12 μm pixel pitch of the array combined with the high quantum efficiency of lattice matched InGaAs enables impressive imaging in the SWIR and visible wavelength bands.
