WASHINGTON, 21 Aug. 2014. Undersea warfare experts from the Raytheon Co. Integrated Defense Systems segment in Portsmouth, R.I., will build kits to repair and upgrade the Mark 54 lightweight hybrid torpedo under terms of a $59.2 million contract modification announced Wednesday.
