Mercury to provide Navy with additional DRFM radar-spoofing jammers in $2.6 million order

CYPRESS, Calif., 13 Oct. 2014. Electronic warfare (EW) experts at the Mercury Defense Systems (MDS) subsidiary of Mercury Systems Inc. in Cypress, Calif., will provide the U.S. Navy with electronic radar-spoofing devices under terms of a $2.6 million order announced last week.

Mercury announced a Navy order for advanced Digital RF Memory (DRFM) jammers. Mercury Defense Systems, formerly KOR Electronics, won a $1.5 million Navy order last June for the Mercury Airborne 1225 advanced DRFM electronic warfare (EW) jammers.
