WASHINGTON, 28 April 2015. U.S. Navy shipboard electronics experts are looking to the DRS Laurel Technologies segment of DRS Technologies Inc. in Johnstown, Pa., to provide common military displays for surface warships.

Officials of the Naval Sea Systems Command in Washington announced a $15.5 million contract to DRS Laurel Friday for the Common Display System (CDS) Technology Insertion 12 production. This contract includes options could bring its cumulative value to $96.3 million.
