Conduant Corp. in Longmont, Colo., is offering the StreamStor PXIe-416 high-speed real-time data-recording system that supports the PXI Express environment. The StreamStor PXIe-416 supports PXI Express products for exponential performance improvements over older instrumentation measurement and automation architectures. The StreamStor PXIe-416 3U PXI-Express card has four-lane endpoint connectivity to the host PXI-Express fabric. It can record at a sustained 600 megabytes per second for more than three hours. The device supports more than eight terabytes of storage attached as four separate StreamStor DM4 data modules with a total of 15 500-gigabyte disk drives. Applications can include recording RF signals in the field for later playback and analysis in a lab and high-speed image acquisition.
