SAN DIEGO – ADL Embedded Solutions Inc. in San Diego isn introducing the compact ADL120S single-board computer for cyber security, networking, industrial, and Internet of Things (IoT) applications.

The ADL120S computer board is based on the Intel Core Skylake processors and Intel Q170 chipset, measures 120 by 120 millimeters, and include 4x Ethernet LAN, 4x USB 3.0, 2x DisplayPorts, and 2x M.2 PCI Express/SATA.

The rugged computer board is suitable for a variety of industrial applications where high-performance is an absolute necessity, but no less critical are less tangible features like high mean time between failures; long-life availability; hardware and firmware revision control; obsolescence management; and technical, engineering, and design support.

"Secure networking, virtualization, high speed, high-resolution imaging, and cyber security edge devices are just a few of the target applications for the ADL120S," says ADL Product Manager JC Ramirez.
