SAN JOSE, Calif., 29 July 2010. ADLINK Technology Inc. in San Jose, Calif., is offering the NuPRO-E330 PICMG 1.3 full-sized system host board (SHB) for applications that need high-performance computing, data security, and maximum data access bandwidth such as industrial control, automation, and industrial vision.

The NuPRO-E330 embedded computingboard products support next generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3 processors at clocks speeds as fast as 3.33 GHz and as much as eight gigabytes of dual-channel DDR3 1066/1333 MHz memory in two DIMM slots. Equipped with the Intel Q57 Express Chipset to provide I/O technologies and high data transfer rates, the NuPRO-E330 computer boards are for modern industrial applications where remote management and data protection are critical.

The NuPRO-E330 CPU board supports Intel active management technology 6.0 (Intel AMT 6.0), which enables users to manage assets remotely, reduce downtime, and minimize on-site visits. The NuPRO-E330 single-board computer has Intel Core i7 processor supporting Intel turbo boost technology that enables processor cores to run faster than the rated operating frequency if the processor is operating below power, temperature and current specification limits.

For more use of processor resources, Intel Hyper-threading technology provides thread-level parallelism on each processor core. The NuPRO-E330 also offers DDR3 memory support at higher data transfer rates with less power consumption.

For applications requiring quad-core capability and integrated graphics, ADLINK also presents the mPCIe-8770 Mini PCI Express graphics card. The mPCIe-8770 has onboard GPU and memory to provide VGA output to the rear I/O bracket and can be installed on the NuPRO-E330 with no increase in card height.

ADLINK's NuPRO-E330 provides a wide range of storage, I/O, and expansion connectivity. It supports one PCI Express x16 and four PCI Express x1 (or one x4) links to the backplane. To provide in operation system support, the NuPRO-E330 has been verified for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7.
