Endevco offers high-temp transducer

Officials of Endevco Corp. of San Juan Capistrano, Calif., are offering their Model 8541 high-temperature absolute pressure transducer for military, aerospace, and automotive applications. The devices, which can withstand temperatures as hot as 400 degrees Celsius, are based on silicon strain gages and feature 3.8 millimeter face diameters. Designers can use them for flush mounting in gas turbine engines, as well as for measuring skin pressures on aircraft and exhaust pressures in passenger cars
