Featuring fast switching and low Rdson, these highly efficient wide band gap modules are available in two package options or custom bridge configuration with optimal top side cooling to the package lid.

Sensitron continues to expand their series of high power SiC Power Bridge Modules using wide band gap switching devices for fast and efficient switching, in a low profile (0.2 inch) and ultralight weight (20 grams) package. Available 600V to 1200V, in SiC three-phase, SiC full bridge and SiC custom bridge modules with AlN base options for high thermal efficiency.
