Electronic warfare is undergoing a fundamental transformation as adversaries adopt more agile, adaptive, and spectrum-aware systems. Traditional approaches to signal detection, classification, and jamming are being challenged by low-probability-of-intercept waveforms, cognitive radios, and increasingly congested electromagnetic environments.
