MECHANICSBURG, Pa. –RF and microwave specialist Greenray Industries Inc. in Mechanicsburg, Pa., is introducing the YH1485 oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) designed as a reference for radar, instrumentation, and military applications that require very low phase noise and excellent short and long-term stability.

The high performance YH1485 OCXO is available from 10 to 100 MHz with +10dBm sinewave output, features low phase noise down to -175dBc/Hz. The YH1485 also is available with low acceleration sensitivity to less than 3 x 10-10/g for better performance in shock and vibration.

Packaged in a compact, 1in. square, low profile package, the YH1485 uses +15 or +12 volts DC power supply. Electronic frequency control (EFC) is provided for precise tuning or phase locking applications.

The RF and microwave devices meet MIL-STD-202, Meth 213, Cond C for shock, and MIL-STD-202, Meth 204, Cond A for vibration. The device has a storage temperature of -55 to 95 degrees Celsius.
