Switches include a compact small form-factor pluggable (SFP) switch with media conversion and PoE+ to combine PoE and Ethernet in a mini form factor.

HAYDEN, Idaho – Transtector Systems Inc. in Hayden, Idaho, is introducing a line of Ethernet switches for military, industrial, and commercial networking applications.

A wall-mount/DIN rail mount eight-port switch provides a compact footprint for desktops, factory floors, or NEMA enclosures. Other configurations include a desktop switch and a small-form-factor pluggable option. All three options are Power over Ethernet-plus (PoE+)-capable for power as well as data applications.

The Ethernet switches come in three configurations. First is the wall-mount/DIN rail mount eight-port switch, a compact design with four PoE+ ports, four standard ports, and a high power rating for delivering PoE in commercial and industrial applications, offices, factories, or in a NEMA enclosure.

Second is a desktop eight-port triple-speed switch: with eight PoE+ ports and two uplink ports, plus LEDs for each port and a separate display showing which ports are using power.

Third is a compact small form-factor pluggable (SFP) switch with media conversion and PoE+ to combine PoE and Ethernet extension in a mini form factor.
