This antenna is part of the Tactical Video Communications System from Geisas Technology Inc. of Mill Valley, Calif. New York police are deploying the video system to transmit wireless pictures and sound for anti-drug operations. Likewise, members of the U.S. Coast Guard are using the video system for drug enforcement.
