Telephonics' Electronic Systems Division will be supporting the next phase in securing our nation's borders by supplying our MSS to the CBP. MSS is an integrated surveillance system extending the eyes of the CBP agents. This system contributes to CBP's SBInet program by providing increased coverage with state-of-the-art technology to border patrol agents.

"It takes the proper mix of all three of these elements: technology, tactical infrastructure, and personnel to secure our nation's borders," states company chairman, Harvey Blau. "We have supported CBP during the 18-month development phase of the MSS platform and are very proud to have been selected for this important effort."

Telephonics' Electronic Systems Division-Integrated Security Systems (ISS) group, located in Huntington, N.Y., and Sarasota, Fla., is responsible for this effort.
