SAIC wins Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific contract

SAN DIEGO, 13 Jan. 2009. Science Applications International Corp. won a prime contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) to provide engineering and technical support to the Radio Frequency (RF) Communications division.
SAN DIEGO, 13 Jan. 2009.Science Applications International Corp. won a prime contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) to provide engineering and technical support to the Radio Frequency (RF) Communications division.
SAIC was one of four companies awarded a five-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that has a five-year base period of performance, eight six-month award terms, and a combined potential value of more than $98 million if all options are exercised. Work will be performed primarily in San Diego.
"SAIC is pleased to provide life-cycle management for a range of programs during the critical period from system conception through system operation," says Tom Baybrook, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager. "We look forward to delivering communications and engineering solutions in support of the warfighter."
