U.S. Northern Command and NORAD award $31.3 million task order to NCI for command, control, communications, and IT services

RESTON, Va., 20 Dec. 2006. NCI Inc., a provider of information technology services and solutions to U.S. federal government agencies, was awarded a task order with a potential total value of $31.3 million to provide the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and U.S. Northern Command with command, control, communications, and computer system information technology (IT) services. The task order has a base year value of $8.8 million plus three addition option periods.

RESTON, Va., 20 Dec. 2006.NCI Inc., a provider of information technology services and solutions to U.S. federal government agencies, was awarded a task order with a potential total value of $31.3 million to provide the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and U.S. Northern Command, collectively known as (N-NC), with command, control, communications, and computer system information technology (IT) services. The task order has a base year value of $8.8 million plus three addition option periods.

Under this task order, NCI will provide information technology consulting and migration services, assessment and maintenance of existing legacy systems, and the development of solutions to implement and sustain an enterprise information management framework. The award was made through the North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command (N-NC) using the U.S. Air Force's Network Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) contract.
