NEW YORK CITY, 31 July 2006. L-3 Communications has successfully demonstrated Common Data Link (CDL) interoperability in full compliance with the December 2005 Department of Defense (DOD) policy directive requiring implementation of the Revision F CDL waveform specification and the Annex B CDL network framing standard.
