CapRock acquires Arrowhead Global Solutions, provider of satellite communications to the military

HOUSTON, 8 May 2007. CapRock Communications, a global satellite communications provider, has finalized the purchase of Arrowhead Global Solutions Inc., a supplier of integrated communication solutions to the U.S. federal government and military.

CapRock and Arrowhead bring together more than 40 years of experience in serving customers with operations in remote and harsh conditions. The combined companies will be able to serve the government, engineering, and construction vertical markets and larger systems integration projects.

Arrowhead is now a wholly owned subsidiary of CapRock.

As one of the U.S. government's suppliers of integrated communication solutions, Arrowhead provides customers with terrestrial and satellite-based communications, program management, and installations, as well as maintenance support services on a worldwide basis.
