Shareholders of Bowmar Instrument Corp. in Phoenix and Electronic Designs Inc. of Westborough, Mass., approved the merger of their companies. The new company is White Electronic Designs Corp. of Phoenix, which will specialize in semiconductor memory products for military and telecommunications applications.
