Thomson qualifies IC line for QML

Thomson-CSF Semiconducteur Specifique of France has received the Mil-Prf-38535 certificate for the Qualified Manufacturing List program of the U.S. Department of Defense. Thomson is the first non-U.S. company to receive this certification.
