CPU Technology offers new 1750As

Leaders of CPU Technology Inc. of Pleasanton, Calif, are offering a new family of Mil-Std 1750-A and 1750-B microprocessor cores primarily for avionics upgrades and replacements. Performance ranges from five DAIS MIPS to 50 DAIS MIPS with higher performance available on request. The cores include an integrated memory management unit and are the products of U.S. Air Force-sponsored work. CPU officials are offering the option to their customers to configure the cores to match timing and errata of existing parts, with delivery in radiation-hardened or standard CMOS.
