DSCC approves Lansdale for QML

The Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) in Columbus, Ohio, approved Lansdale Semiconductor Inc. of Tempe, Ariz.(http://lansdale.com/~lansdale), for die evaluation as part of Lansdale`s Mil-Prf-38535 Qualified Manufacturing List status. Approval includes more than 600 QML part-one products and diminishing manufacturing source (DMS) capability listings for military devices types to JAN/SMD and QML specifications. Certification is DSCC`s largest QML DMS product listing approval and places Lansdale as the largest supplier of obsolete DMS JAN/SMD integrated circuits, Lansdale officials say. Lansdale can supply QML products from its own manufacturing and existing large die inventory. - J.K.
