ARINC 429 software support introduced for DDC avionics databus interface board products

(DDC) in Bohemia, N.Y., is announcing extended commercial avionics utilities databus analyzer and ARINC 615 data loader software support for its line of ARINC 429 PMC, PCI, CompactPCI, PXI, and USB databus interface board products. DDC’s BU-671 series ARINC 429 lineup includes multi-I/O combo cards (ARINC 429 and MIL-STD-1553), for dual protocol applications, and ARINC 429 only cards optimized for single protocol use.

DDC’s commercial avionics utilities software is a graphical ARINC 429 databus analysis and simulation tool with filtering, message scheduling, and triggering. Functions include high/low speed operation with ARINC 575 support, engineering unit conversions, ARINC 429 reconstruction, message labeling, and SDI filtering.

When combined with DDC’s ARINC 429 cards, the software enables capture, display, manipulation, and simulation of real time data.
