NCI completes acquisition of Operational Technology Services, adds FAA as new customer

RESTON, Va., 6 Feb. 2007.NCI Inc., a provider of information technology services and solutions to U.S. federal government agencies, has completed the acquisition of Operational Technologies Services Inc., a privately-held provider of high-end engineering and professional services to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Terms were not disclosed, but the transaction is anticipated to be accretive to NCI's fiscal year ending December 31, 2007.

Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Vienna, Va., OTS has expertise in information technology, telecommunications, and business and financial management. The company generated revenues for the past 12 months of approximately $10 million, all derived from contracts with the FAA.
