Acromag's new VPX7600 SBC features Tiger Lake-H Xeon-W CPU and 100-gigabit Ethernet
WIXOM, Mich. - Acromag in Wixom, Mich., has announced the release of its new VPX7600 3U OpenVPX single-board computer. The SBC is powered by Intel’s 11th Generation Tiger Lake-H Xeon W-11000E processor. The VPX7600 was developed in alignment with the Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA) Technical Standard.
Acromag says the SBC features an XMC mezzanine site and a wide variety of I/O peripherals, which offer a high level of flexibility. Intel’s E810 Ethernet controller supports 100GbE on the data plane and 10GbE on the control plane.
An NVMe SSD provides up to 1TB of M.2 data storage. Backplane I/O includes 2.5GbE, DisplayPort, USB 3.2, SATA III, RS232/422, and GPIO. Conduction-cooled and air-cooled with front I/O versions are available.
The VPX processor board follows SOSA’s I/O intensive profile to provide high-performance computing and a broad range of I/O interfaces for rugged embedded systems.
The high-performance 8-core processor supports up to 32GB of dual-channel, soldered-down DDR4 ECC memory at up to 3200 MT/s. An integrated Intel Gen12 UHD graphics Xe 32EU engine supports clock speeds of up to 1.35 GHz. Data storage, up to 1TB, is handled by an NVMe M.2 BGA SSD.
