Texas Instruments UCC2183XXQEVM-123 Evaluation Module (EVM) is a compact, half-bridge gate-driver board consisting of two isolated single-channel gate drivers. The evaluation module provides the isolated bias supply, drive current, protection, and monitoring needed to drive several different models of Wolfspeed® silicon-carbide (SiC) MOSFET modules and other IGBT or SiC MOSFET modules with a similar pinout. The Texas Instruments UCC2183XXQEVM-123 on-board isolated bias can provide an adjustable isolated voltage by changing passive components.
