    These back-thinned CCDs are linear image sensors designed for spectrometers. The S11155-2048 has 2,048 pixels each measuring 14 micrometers wide and 500 micrometers tall. The S11156-2048 has 2,048 pixels each measuring 14 micrometers wide and 1000 micrometers tall. Their resistive gate structure allows high-speed readout up to 10 MHz.
